About
Your whole day can be ruined by seeing your weight. You have to eat perfectly or you feel like a failure. You're ashamed of your body. Your eating habits cycle between being “good” (under-eating/ rigidity) and “bad” (overeating/ losing control). You vow to be “good” going forward. Your self esteem is conditional. You're growing more obsessed and frustrated by the day and don't understand why you can't figure this out on your own. Even when you succeed, you never feel like it's enough. It's difficult to enjoy time with your friends, feel confident dating, or just get your mind off of your body and food. You feel stuck. View 6 Photos Despite being kind, hard- working & driven, life feels hard. You want to be able to eat normally and move on with your day. You want the anxious thoughts to stop. You want to get dressed without trying on 10 outfits, only to settle on your "safe" clothes. You want to be able to trust yourself around food. You want to feel confident.
