My focus is faith-based relationship and sex therapy. I work with individual adults and couples related to anxiety, grief, relational conflict and repair, communication, sexual integration, sexual struggles and dysfunctions (desire, pain, arousal, and orgasm concerns), trauma, and sexual trauma. I aim to help normalize conversations, care, and education about sex and sexuality and to explore these topics through the lenses of faith and spirituality. All faiths and beliefs, including none, are welcome! For those looking to integrate their beliefs with the therapeutic process, I offer Christian counseling and Christian sex therapy.
