I started in education in 2010 and I transitioned to counseling in 2020. I enjoy helping clients reach their goals, feel better, and be happier and healthier in their daily lives. If ever there is something that does not work, I like to try and find a better approach that fits. My approach to therapy is solution-focused and problem-solving. I want to be an ally in helping to find realistic solutions to struggles you are having. I want therapy to be a process that is helpful, empowering, successful, and attainable.
