I work in Middletown area in New Jersey. My clinical experience has been working with women, adults and couples with adjustment, anxiety, and depression, and/or self-compassion. I utilize an ecopsychological and relational-cultural lens to make aware of multiple influences on our mental health. I work with clients in identifying their own strengths and coping skills to work through stress, depression and/or anxiety and find self-compassion and improve interpersonal relationships. I offer walk-and-talk sessions at local parks and in-person.
