I have worked in behavioral and mental health settings for the past seven years and I am licensed in the state of Hawaii and Florida. Much of my experience has been working with children and adolescents, with some additional experience working with adults. During this time, I have helped individuals navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and self-esteem.
