I help people process the impact of harmful relationships so that they can learn how to cultivate more nourishing relationships. I am especially interested in working with childhood trauma, parents, and offer individual and couples counseling. My counseling style is warm and inquisitive. I’m a therapist because I believe that we all have a right to be heard and understood. I help us build a relationship that is encouraging, honest, attentive, and genuinely caring.
