I am currently accepting clients for individual therapy, with a focus on young adults, moms, and women who are feeling overwhelmed, uncertain about their path, or looking to reconnect with themselves. I’m passionate about supporting others in navigating the complexities of life and understand how challenging it can be to balance everything while trying to prioritize your own well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work to explore your thoughts, emotions, and circumstances, helping you move toward a more connected and fulfilling life. My approach to therapy is humanistic in nature and my goal is for clients to feel heard and supported. I am warm and empathetic, but I also empower individuals to make meaningful changes in their lives. Therapy is tailored to fit each individual client. I offer counseling through different modalities including individual, family, and group therapy.
