Now accepting in person and virtual patients! I specialize in working with trauma survivor’s, college students, emerging adults (20s ages), and teens. These stages of life can bring excitement and growth, but it can also feel overwhelming, uncertain, or isolating. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I believe therapy works best as a collaboration. You are the expert on your own experiences, and together we’ll work toward building understanding, healing, and balance. My approach is genuine and guided by the belief that real connection fosters real change. My therapy dog, Ellie, joins in-person sessions and brings a warm, calming presence that many clients find comforting during difficult moments of processing.
