I am dedicated to working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. My specialize in working with those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and trauma. I also work with young people diagnosed with Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, ADHD and behavioral disorders. In my work I am creative and person centered. I believe that when working with children and youth, effective engagement is critical; therefore my work includes play therapy, game play and hands on activities to help children express their feelings and identify healthy coping strategies. I also provide support and education to parents to help meet their child's needs.
