My goal as a therapist is to walk along with you through the counseling process by offering hope, healing, support, and interventions to utilize in coping with difficulties and challenges. I have worked with a wide range of concerns, some of which include: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, attachment difficulties, and parenting problems. I also have extensive experience in working with clients who have experienced and/or been exposed to trauma.
