It is my belief that each individual has a unique path that leads to healing, self-discovery and growth. As human beings, our life experiences, relationships and beliefs are varied, and as a therapist I honor these differences. I believe in the power of therapy as a means to heal through pain, but also in exploring greater meaning in one's life and relationships. I believe we can all benefit from therapy and gain valuable perspective about who we are and how we became that way. We can’t run away from the tough stuff.. Pain and suffering are a part of our human condition and can also be a huge opportunity for growth.
