I work with clients of all ages, with a particular focus on older teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in repeating emotional or relational patterns. Many come to therapy wanting to understand why these cycles keep showing up and how to respond to themselves and others with more calm, compassion, and clarity. Together, we explore the deeper roots of your story, strengthen grounding and regulation skills, and move toward healing, identity, and more connected ways of living. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy using IFS and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to gently process emotions and shift long-standing patterns. I integrate attachment work, CBT/DBT skills, and somatic approaches to support nervous system regulation and resilience. Christian faith integration is available if desired.
