Blending intuition and compassion, I assist clients to gain a better understanding of themselves and their values and to identify patterns that hinder positive experiences and relationships. I am drawn towards a trauma-informed, person-centered, experiential approach, in tandem with the application of tangible strategies and coping skills. In my work as a grief counselor, individually and in groups, I draw upon my personal experience moving through complicated grief, bringing the intersection of my clinical skill and lived experience of harnessing the healing benefits of empathic grief support.
