I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am here to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and how you show up in those relationships. I have a warm and collaborative therapeutic style, and use curiosity and compassion to help clients discover new ways of thinking. I work from a strength-based lens to meet clients where they are and support them as they grow. I provide a nonjudgmental and safe therapeutic environment for my clients, and my ultimate goal is for my clients of all identities to feel seen, heard, and understood.
