If you feel disconnected from the best version of yourself, whether personally or relationally, I can help! I am a licensed therapist and work with couples and adult individuals as they navigate their 20s and 30s. These two decades come with both enormous life transitions, and subtle shifts. While these transitions can be meaningful and necessary, I often hear my clients say how disorienting they can feel. Many clients who end up in my office are exploring how to cope with identity shifts in their relationships, friendships, careers, and early parenthood. It's ok to need support to learn how to cope during these times in your life.
