About
I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. People who are doing everything "right" but still feel stuck or disconnected. Maybe work is fine but the rest of life feels impossibly hard. Sleep struggles, persistent anxiety, relationships that take more energy than they should. I help people understand not just how to manage their symptoms, but what's actually driving them. As someone with ADHD myself, I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed even when you're managing all the pieces. Therapy isn't just about coping better. It's about what's underneath. We'll work on practical coping strategies while also exploring the deeper patterns, defense mechanisms, and unprocessed emotions that keep you stuck. I tailor my approach to what you need rather than fitting you into a single method. This works best if you're ready to examine what's underneath and invest in real change, not just short-term symptom relief.
