Do you struggle with feeling unheard, issues with intimacy in your relationship(s), feeling down, on edge all of the time, or struggling with your a sense of self? I’m here to hold space for you by incorporating nonjudgmental listening, empathy, safer spaces, and personalized goals. I work with indiv/couples on identity, relationships dynamics (enm), sexual concerns, life adjustments, coaching (see website for more), & confidence. I also have a history working with grief, self-esteem, trauma, & more. I currently offer therapy & clinical supervision in Colorado.
