My passion is to help families build compassion, self-awareness, and effective strategies to build a connected, happy family. I welcome siblings, parents, LGBTQIA+, traditional & multiamory families, and neuro-diversity. Grounded in play and developmental insight, my work with kids 3 and up focuses on building early emotional skills, processing trauma, neurodiversity, reducing anxiety and fears, and building positive young friendships. I provide parent guidance using insight and practical tools for you to feel effective and connected with your little ones, setting you all up for long term success in navigating the hurdles of life. I also deeply enjoy working with teens individually, in families, and within my Dungeons & Dragons Therapy Group. With teens, the focus shifts as they learn who they are outside of the family, such as building broader emotional awareness, positive and authentic self identity, harmony with peers and family members, self-organization, sexuality and gender.
