Finding a balance in life can be challenging, these days. In our complex world and demanding lives, we often find ourselves with feelings of stress, anxiety and depression without knowing how to cope. As a psychotherapist, I can help identify the root causes and how to manage them with a full assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan. I don't believe that one therapeutic approach fits all. I take an eclectic approach to therapy. I like to listen to my clients issues, establish a healthy working relationship, and draw from different theories and techniques that are appropriate to meet their needs and improve their quality of life. I also specialize in domestic violence and narcissistic abuse recovery. A client that has experienced this type of abuse and trauma will require help navigating the recovery process, as well as psychoeducation about the types and cycles of abuse, but most importantly moving forward with more self-awareness, self-confidence, independence and purpose in life.
