Using a family systems approach, I specialize in helping children and teens navigate complex issues such as anxiety, peer difficulties, depression, trauma, challenges at school, etc. I believe that the most influential pieces of success are early intervention and a strong support system. Because of this belief, I feel passionate about working with not only my clients, but their caregivers as well to implement developmentally-appropriate and child-centered interventions.
