Hello! My name is Megan, and I work with children, teens, and adults navigating emotional or relational challenges and feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. I collaborate with my clients to help address concerns related to but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, grief, or behavioral concerns. Providing my clients with a safe, validating space to build insight, regulate emotions, and improve communication skills is a major priority for me.
