I am a licensed clinical social worker. Over the past four years of working in community mental health, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with a diverse range of mental health challenges and symptoms related to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, panic disorders, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-harming behaviors, and suicidal ideation. This experience has deepened my commitment to helping others overcome life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being.
