About
My goal is to help children, adolescents, adults, and their families get back on track after anxiety has interfered with their lives. I specialize in evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related conditions. I was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Weill Cornell Medicine from 2011 to 2019, during which I split my time between providing CBT therapy to clients and training psychologists. In my private practice I have a deep commitment to helping people face their fears and return to the activities and relationships they value. Read more at hudsonrivertherapy.com
