I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist who believes in the power of collaboration on the journey to emotional well-being. I am both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPPC) with her undergraduate and graduate degree’s coming from California State University, Fullerton, and Sacramento State University, respectively. I create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly explore their emotions, knowing they are fully heard and understood.
