Hi! I'm Megan, and I am so happy you have taken the initial step in finding a therapist who feels like the best fit for you. I know seeking therapy is not always an easy decision, which is why one of my primary goals in therapy is to create a comfortable, safe space for my clients. My focus in therapy is to help my clients reconnect with themselves and get back on track to where they want to be, both emotionally and physically. I concentrate on the goals my clients wish to achieve, and I remind them that we progress at their pace while I'm here to guide them.
