About
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. As a counseling intern, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story at your own pace. My approach is grounded in person-centered care, which means I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, honoring your strengths, and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. I completed my undergraduate studies at Simpson College, earning a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work. I am currently completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the University of Phoenix. Supervised by Daren Jaques LMHC My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed or stuck. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing from past experiences, or seeking more balance and clarity, I strive to provide a warm environment where you can feel seen and understood.
