I specialize in treating clients seeking help for eating and body image concerns and eating disorders. It is my passion to help clients on their journey of finding peace, comfort, and safety surrounding food and their body, no matter their starting point. I can help you develop tools to learn (or relearn) to trust and feel more at home in your body, and find confidence in nourishing yourself with food and joyful movement. In addition, I have many years of experience as a medical social worker, and am experienced in assisting clients with caregiver burden, complex care needs, chronic illness, end-of-life issues, and grief.
