You don’t have to be in crisis to come to therapy. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or frustrated by repeating patterns in relationships. I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, and identities, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Some clients are navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma; others are working through communication challenges, life transitions, cultural expectations, or identity issues.
