My name is Megan Karpp and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Las Vegas, Nevada. I work statewide via telehealth. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. The relationship is the most important part of a success in therapy. I tend to use cognitive behavioral therapy, inner child therapy and strength-based approaches the most. I provide a safe, supportive space for my clients. I am non-judgmental and compassionate. Clients state that I am easy to talk to and help them to have clarity and feel empowered.
