My name is Megan and I am an LMHC in NY. I was also diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. I spent years trying to convince myself that if I just tried harder, I could become a morning person, stick to a hobby and even be more consistent. My diagnosis laid the groundwork for me to start accepting who I was.
