You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful, or unsure where to begin but you know something needs to change. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, anger, and family or relational challenges. I offer a warm, supportive, and affirming space where you can show up as you are. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and BIPOC inclusive, and I believe healing happens best when all parts of you are welcomed.
