About
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in both individual and group psychotherapy. My approach is highly relational, person-centered, and drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based practices, that center the individual and their hopes and goals. My education and training is grounded in Developmental Psychology from Boston College (Masters), and Clinical Social Work from Simmons (Masters). My diverse clinical experiences span outpatient settings, community mental health, with an emphasis in advocacy and crisis response. View 4 Photos While I welcome and enjoy working with individuals with a variety of presenting concerns, I have special interest and experience working with those coping with traumatic experience, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, self-harm/suicidality, and those navigating transitions to adulthood or major changes in their lives.
