I work with adults who want a safe, grounded space to understand themselves. Many of my clients are healing from religious trauma or purity culture and want support without judgment or shame. I help people navigate sex therapy and sex education from an evidence-based, sex-positive lens. I also work with clients needing support with anxiety, postpartum challenges, ADHD, or autism. I’m especially attuned to adults who have spent years masking or feeling “different.” I provide autism evaluations with experience in the subtle, often overlooked presentation seen in autistic women and other highly masked individuals.
