My areas of interest and expertise include but are not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Stress Reduction, Adjustment/Phase of Life Transitions, Mindfulness, Lifestyle Enhancement, Sleep, and Behavior/Habit Change. Psychotherapy will be individually tailored to best meet your needs. My approach is integrative and collaborative, utilizing different strategies that have been proven to be highly effective, while establishing and maintaining a solid working rapport and environment.
