Hi! I'm Megan and reaching out for help is the first step to addressing your struggles. Connecting with a therapist to navigate the issues you are dealing with can help you feel more connected to the people you love, more invested in your work, and all around improve your outlook. I am here to walk with you as you move through the process. My goal is to help you navigate this process while also connecting to what we need to adapt. With compassion, we will explore your loss and help you reconnect to the goals, people and dreams that have been waylaid by the grief process. I specialize grief and loss, anxiety, and issues of self-esteem and self-worth. Together we can work to find ways to build healthy coping skills to manage overwhelming thoughts, persistent struggles with social interactions and rebuild connections with yourself and the people you love.
