I am an LCSW with experience supporting individuals ages 12 through late adulthood who are navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is deeply client-centered—When you walk through my door (or log in via Telehealth), you can trust that you are entering a safe, judgment-free space where you are seen, heard, and acknowledged exactly as you are. I work closely with each client to understand their goals and empower them to create meaningful, positive change in their lives.
