You wouldn't think that finding the right counselor could be this difficult! It's important to find a the right match and feel comfortable with your therapist. Clients often describe me as someone who is "easy to talk to", has a great sense of humor, and is down to earth". I recognize the importance of creating a safe space and welcome the opportunity to get to know you. Together, we'll identify the problems in your life and find the right solutions. I have specialized training/experience working with trauma, sexual abuse, grief/loss, anxiety and children/adolescents. I use a variety of clinical frameworks, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT and play therapy. I continually learn new interventions and techniques to provide the most effective and efficient therapy.
