Instead of giving you a therapy spiel, let me tell you about me to look for a good fit. I specialize in neurodivergence (ADHD, OCD, and Autism) and PTSD/trauma, but I'm not limited to just those! I've worked in every corner of the field from criminal justice to homeless outreach to in-home services. I also love animals (especially my 5 at home), making anything with my hands, referencing stand-up comedy, and being a proud member of every sci-fi fandom there is. Together, we work on the goals that are important to you. I use techniques from CBT, ACT, and Narrative therapy (aka one therapeutic size does not fit all) along with a lot of psychoeducation.
