Do you or your child feel overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, stress, or life transitions? Are emotional, behavioral, or relationship challenges affecting daily life, school, or work? You may feel unsure how to support yourself or your child or wonder if things could feel calmer and more manageable. I work with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults, offering a warm, supportive space to feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. For children, I incorporate play therapy and creative, developmentally appropriate approaches to support emotional expression and coping skills. With teens and adults, therapy focuses on managing stress and anxiety, strengthening relationships, and building resilience. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered.
