I provide individual therapy to adults (18+) who are seeking to address a wide range of mental health goals. As an inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming clinical social worker licensed in MD, MA and DC, my style is empathetic and collaborative. My previous experience includes providing individual, group and family therapy in both a school-based mental health program and outpatient mental health clinic in Montgomery County, MD. I served clients of all ages where we worked on anxiety, depression, gender identity, stress, relationships, trauma, psychosis, self-harm, grief, self-esteem, immigration, life transitions, etc.
