I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, mood disorders, and life stressors/transitions. The clients that are often drawn to my practice come seeking tools, strategies, and coping skills to help address the things that are feeling exceptionally hard. I love a well-stocked tool kit! I strive to create a safe and collaborative environment that allows you to get curious about your experiences, talk about the real stuff in real ways, and build coping strategies to help you live the life you want for yourself.
