If you’re navigating life’s hardships (past/present/future), feel trapped in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from your true self, I believe therapy can help create meaningful change and understanding. My job is to build a safe, supportive space to explore challenges; provide useful, empowering tools, approaches, and resources; and collaboratively support you on the journey ahead.
