It’s my belief that every person has the innate capacity for healing and growth, but change can be difficult. My goal as a therapist is to join you along this journey and to support you at every step of the way. I’m here to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your emotions and guide you toward self-acceptance. I am trained to use therapies such as EMDR and person centered approaches to helping clients heal. Currently taking clients with Medicaid and BCBS of Nebraska insurance.
