When you or your teen are feeling scared, depressed, angry, or like you just don’t fit in, it can be really challenging. Reaching out for help can be difficult, but it is the first step on the path toward healing. I aim to provide a warm, inviting environment in which you feel comfortable teaching me about the real you. By collaborating with you, I will help you develop the tools and skills you need to solve your problems now, and to solve them as they come in the future.
