My goal is to focus on creating a supportive, understanding, and collaborative environment to aid my clients in developing and reaching their therapeutic goals. I have spent significant time with college-aged individuals helping to cope with the stress of life transitions, school, relationships, intrusive thoughts, and other anxieties of daily life. I also have experience with depression, trauma, grief, and building emotional regulation skills, and have a unique interest in aiding clients with sports related difficulties.
