As a therapist my passion lies in empowering individuals to rediscover their own strength and resilience. I believe that every person has the innate capacity for growth, healing and transformation. My role as a therapist is not to lead, but to walk alongside my clients as they uncover the internal motivation and belief that lasting change is possible. Guided by the philosophy of Carl Rogers, I hold true to his belief "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." I believe this encapsulates the heart of my practice, I strive to create a space of genuine acceptance, safety, and empathy – condit I work with adults, adolescence, and teens, who are navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, issues, grief and loss, as well as life transitions, whether someone is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, I help them access their own inner wisdom, and discover the tools they need to move forward.
