I enjoy working with clients of all ages from diverse backgrounds, particularly supporting individuals in navigating the stresses of daily living and overcoming the negative impacts of trauma/major life events. I earned both my Masters of Science in Art Therapy and Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Emporia State University. I utilize a solution-focused framework with an array of therapeutic approaches to best fit the needs of each client. I enjoy engaging the creative process to help promote self-discovery, increase self-efficacy, and develop strategies to improve daily functioning.
