I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility. These seasons of life can be filled with uncertainty and emotional challenges, and having a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process those experiences can make a meaningful difference. My goal is to offer that space to every client I work with. As a Registered Art Therapist with 15 years, I integrate therapeutic art-making into sessions to support self-expression, healing, and growth. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and collaborative. I tailor counseling to each individual's needs, combining expressive arts with other effective therapeutic techniques to help clients build coping skills, resilience, and a personal toolkit they can draw from in everyday life.
