You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or burdened by unresolved experiences. Maybe distress takes over your day, or you're exploring how your identity fits within systems that don’t fully support you or that you do not feel fully supported in. You might feel misunderstood and ready for change. My ideal client is curious and willing to do the inner work—not because it’s easy, but because something needs to shift. Together, we can work toward clarity, healing, and a stronger sense of self. I currently offer services to support those with trauma, eating disorders, mood and anxiety disruptions-including OCD, and BFRBs.
