I am positive and welcoming to clients. I tend to treat people from a strength-based approach, most of the time. I focus on feelings, and I like to make the connection for people on how their behavior, feelings, and actions are all linked to one another. I also focus on teaching clients healthy coping skills. Together, we will work on decreasing negative thoughts and feelings by processing past and current events/feelings. We will create a plan that is customized for each client and work toward meeting their goals.
